I’m keeping a diary so that I dont forget any of these beautiful memories I am experiencing here.

I have wanted to come here since I was 12 years old and naseeb has only bought me here now, 14 years later.

I am from Southern Turkey; a place called Batman where I teach Quran and Islamic Studies. I dress like this in Turkey and have been dressing like since I was 14 years old.

Since I was 12 I wanted to memorise Quran and come to haj or umra. Both have been fulfilled now. I cant describe my feelings of being so close to Rasullah! (peace be upon him). I went to the Roza (Rawda) yesterday and it was so beautiful. The feelings of ishq (love) for Rasullah were so strong! I memorised Quran three years ago but it was very very difficult for me, but with the nasr (help) of Allah, I completed it. Its from the miracles of the Quran itself!

We are here for 35 days, inshaAllah. I pray I can come every year now, and especially perform haj soon.
